1.Please fill in the Application Form with the authorized signature, then fax back to the organizer.
2.The organizer will forward a Welcome Letter with the Deposit Invoice to the exhibitors for the booth approval. Please note that the exhibitor should transfer the deposit to the organizer's account within a week of receiving the invoice, or the organizer will not reserve the booth. The amount of the deposit will be 50% of the total booth rental.
3.The organizer will start the service process for the exhibitor upon confirmation of the deposit. The services include presentation in the Exhibitors' Manual, freight forwarding, travel and accommodation, visa application, interpreter reservations, etc.
4.The balance of the booth rental should be settled before the deadline of June 1, 2008. If not, the organizer will have the right to present the booth to others without any confirmation from the related exhibitor.
5.No deposit will be returned to the exhibitor if they cancel the booth after the appropriate deadline.
