During the exhibition, stand booth and raw space exhibitors can hire interpreters and hostesses directly from the organizer.
Please be aware that many visitors will have limited English-speaking skills and so interpretive services can be a very valuable addition to your participation. Whereas an interpreter will be effective in helping you communicate with your visitors and clients, a hostess, who welcomes visitors to your stand, will have limited second language skills.
Surcharges:
Orders for weekend labor on Saturdays & Sundays will be subject to a 50% surcharge.
Overtime:
Interpreters and hostesses are booked per day and are available during exhibition hours only. If you require your interpreter or hostess to work overtime, please contact the organizer for scheduling and pricing options.
Availability:
Exhibitors are encouraged to pre-book their interpreters and hostesses to guarantee availability.
The following are subject to availability:
* Requests for overtime services
* Orders received after the deadline
* All onsite orders
Cancellations & Non-Payment:
If a cancellation occurs within 7 days prior to the opening of the exhibition, a cancellation fee of one full day's interpretive or hostess service will be billed to the exhibitor.
