1) The above preferential prices has been negotiated by the organizer. The exhibitors who submit their Reservation Form to VNU Exhibitions Asia, on or before February 29th , 2008 will enjoy the preferential prices.
2). Cancellation must be made 15 days prior to the arrival date. 7 days advance notice is required to modify a guaranteed reservation. Otherwise,late cancellations will cause a penalty of the entire amount due.
3). After receiving your hotel reservation form, we will send you a hotel booking confirmation promptly either by fax or email. Credit card number and the expiration is required to guarantee each room booking. All room charges plus incidentals must be settled by guestself with the hotel by cash or credit card when check-out.
